This Charter Arms manufactured textured black finished receiver is for the AR-7 Explorer semi-auto rifle and is in very good condition retaining most of its original finish with light high edge wear. The receiver does NOT have the side plate (left side) present. Receivers do NOT qualify as a C&R based upon BATFE's guide lines and must be sent to a firearms dealer. (file photos)
